The Knights cross country team had an another solid day out at the Frostproof invite yesterday. The boys varsity made it 3 for 3, winning all 3 of the meets of the season, while the girls varsity got their first win of the season! Our JV boys also got their first win of the year. Really proud of how hard they have been working and pushing one another.
